1. The redemption period is from March 12 to 15, 2009 (from 11am to 10pm). The redemption counter is located at 2/F Metal Zone.

2. Same-day spending with a minimum of 2 valid original payment slips (must include at least 1 food and beverage purchase and 1 retail purchase).

3. For definition of food & Beverage and Retail shops, please refer to the tentcard at the redemption counter.

4. Each valid receipt is eligible for 1 redemption only. Daily quota applies; redemption is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and while stock lasts.

5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion or redemption offers.

6. Valid original same-day computer-printed receipts must be presented at time of redemption. Customers must present the corresponding payment slip (credit card/EPS counterfoil) with every valid receipt valued at HK$200 or more; cash payment is not accepted. Receipts from Bank of East Asia, Essentia Healthcare Solutions, China Coach Terminus, membership fee, purchases of cash/gift vouchers and value-adding Octopus receipts from the Concierge, ThreeSixty or Mannings are NOT eligible, Duplicate, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted.

7. All mobile phones are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.

8. All mobile phones are non-refundable and non-returnable.

9. The HK$800 redemption price is non-refundable.

10. In the interest of fairness, employees of the shops at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this Redemption Program.

11. Customers understand and accept that ELEMENTS is not the supplier of the redemption item. ELEMENTS shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the product including but not limited to the quality and maintenance of the mobile phone.

12. If the redemption item is damaged, please make enquiries with the manufacturer.

13. ELEMENTS Broadway’s opening hours are from 11am to10pm.

14. In case of dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters.

15. If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
